How the estimate works
For sufficiently long sessions, TypeWorkout compares average rolling pace in the first and final thirds. Small changes are labeled stable rather than overinterpreted.
Warm-up can reverse the pattern
Some sessions become faster after the opening minute. That may indicate cautious pacing, warm-up, or easier later text, which is why repeated comparisons matter.
Practice sustainable pace
Begin slightly below sprint speed, keep the hands relaxed, and watch whether accuracy and consistency remain stable. Stop low-quality repetitions.
Discomfort is different from a score
Pain, numbness, or persistent symptoms should not be trained through. Take a break and seek qualified guidance when appropriate.
